Return Order: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt and if the products are in good condition and have not been unpacked. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to maintain the products in good condition and you must return the appropriate document along with the products.
Your refund will include the cost of shipping paid during your initial order.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of your order cancellation request. However, a refund may take longer if there is delay or absence of the returned merchandise, or proof or payment (such as receipt or order confirmation message).

Order Cancellation: It is possible to cancel the order if it has not left the store. In case of cancellation of the order after the start of the shipment, you will be charged the corresponding costs. Cancellation can be done either by e-mail at (info@cytomed.gr ) or by phone at 210 6216823 .
If the order has already been paid then the refund will be made within 1 day of receiving the products.
If the payment is made by credit card, the refund may be delayed up to 7 business days due to the delay in the partner bank system.
It is even possible to partially cancel the order by removing products, if the shipment has not been shipped.
